Farm For Sale
A 10-acre farm within the Golden Square in Giza, on the Alexandria Desert Road, is available for 12.5 million Egyptian pounds. The land is divided into two 5-acre plots, and a single plot can be purchased for 6 million pounds. It’s located minutes from Sheikh Zayed City and 6th of October City, adjacent to Sphinx City, the Regional Ring Road, the new railway line, Sphinx Airport, the Alexandria Desert Road, and the Dabaa Road. The land is registered with the Real Estate Registry and belongs to an agricultural cooperative, possessing a farmer’s card. Access is via a 4-kilometer dirt track leading from the first paved entrance to the cooperative. The land includes a shared well with neighbors, an electricity transformer and meter, and is enclosed by a wall on both sides of the road. There are two supermarkets near the cooperative entrance and opposite the Sandorini Village. Construction is permitted within the legally allowed area. The well has brackish water, making it suitable for various agricultural activities such as livestock breeding, salt-tolerant crops, or trees like olives and palms. This presents a good opportunity for medium-term agricultural investment and long-term commercial/real estate investment, especially given the ongoing urban sprawl. The land is divided into two plots of 5 acres each, and one plot can be purchased for 6 million.
